left her two Staffordshire Bull Terriers
to die of starvation, she moved out of her house,
but left the dogs without food or water, she was
seen coming back several times to the home, she
could have helped the dogs or give them away,
yet she decided not to. Why was she given only an
18 week suspended prison sentence and a fine of 280?????
