I would tend to think so, only because through globalisation we have lost sight of accountability ! it always seems the fault of someone else but who, we can never quite put the finger on the guilty sub paragraph !

I have to go to a budget meeting at work first thing tomorrow morning, and I hope that system works in my favour!

I see the entire population being the government, where they do the job of government on an online forum.
All business gets done right out in the open, so there are no backroom deals being made, and economic hitmen must pay off the entire population to get what they want.
Everybody is welcome to vote on whatever issue is at hand.
Over the forum, we'd have all arguments for and against, and it'd be our job to decide what's best.
Each individual would have an equal say in the community. Each community would have an equal say in the country, and each country would have an equal say in the World.
Simples!

I would hate to think my life and livelihood depended on a forum like that!
