It'll still go to a referendum though and imo the people will vote to leave..The british are sick of immigration..in recent times its been a wave of eastern europeans..very few jobs left for local people..time to get out for Ireland too

The fact is unfortunately the O6C is part of the UK and it cost's the UK tax payer 50million green backs a day to pay into a club that you aren't part of....Sure they'll (powers that be) dress it up to make you think you are part of one big happy family but the sad fact is the EU is a very unhappy marriage that is heading for the divorce courts...
If people think they'd lose millions of Standard Oil petro dollars...How does Norway, Switzerland. Iceland manage to do do well and they are in? Probably cause they can arrange there own bilateral trade agreements with out some unelected quango in Brussels making up rules as they go along.....

If you are filling out State forms in NI, can a citizen identify their Nationality as Irish?
Would Britain leaving the EU, affect the rights of Irish people living in that part of our island?

i do think you have a very good point but im not yet convinced that the people of england really want to leave the eu yet, maybe i ll be proved wrong over the next couple of months. a lot of people have had enough of this whole eu thing, not just english and irish folks.

lisbon was indeed a disgrace, actually i think it was a bit disturbing. our democratic systems are being wrecked in all this. some of the largest financial institutions on this planet are really running the show

id disagree there. voting is a fantastic privilege. live in a country that doesnt have any sort of democracy at all and you ll realise that fairly quickly.
