Sorry lshark,
I was over the top i guess. I know the law has to be, we'd be nowhere without laws... You're absolutely right. I just disagree a bit with this...

"I think people with the most heritage in this Country should get the most respect and help, the people that would benifit the most would be the Indians, then Blacks & Whites, I think these are the 3 peoples with the most invested here."

The fruits of the labour of most third world countries are going largely to the first world, US, CA, UK, even here and many of these people will never get the oppertunity to go here or there to make the big bucks...
Of course it would not help anyone to open the borders...but you gotta pity the poor ones.

I have more pity for the poor ones that live in THIS country. In a great country like this there should be no homeless people dying of starvation and exposure or can't get medical help, and the elderly shouldn't have to struggle like they do. There shouldn't have to be parents having to leave their children to be raised by babysitters because they have to be away to work so they can make ends meet because the economy is so bad. There is a lot of neglect to the legitimate citizen's of this country.

zehuti,
no problem, this is a touchy subject these days.
I guess there is a fine line on predjudice and obeying laws and keeping order.
I without a doubt pity people that have not and may never get the opportunities we get here.
I also very strongly believe world power nations can do much more to relieve and end world hunger.
If I was the President that would be a very major, top of the list priority, bringing together as many willing nations to end world hunger, this can happen, and I can not understand why its not happening.
I know alot of people are doing stuff although on the same token there are alot of people becoming rich of these peoples hunger, they need to be very extremly punished. I have a hard time donating money because of this. I will never hesitate however if someone is hungery and asks for some food, I will charge it if I have to, I don't give money, but I will by them a meal.
I think we as humans on this earth have some ways to go, its not hopeless, I think we can do it, God gave us the smarts, we just need to use them with our hearts.
Thanks for your e-mail back, peace !

Sorry if I offended you landshark, I was just wondering. Actually, geneology is a cool thing to do. My Mom found a lot of cool stuff, for instance. The first relatives on her mothers side came over with John Winthrop around 1630. Benjamin Franklin's Dad, rented a lot from him and Ben Franklin was born on the property and lived there for about 12 years. The origin of the name is Irish though, At one time they were chiefs to a good part of the N.E. part. Out of the line there was a Lt. in the King Phillips ihndian war( not really proud of that) and one was a reverend who has books in the historical society and one worked with the underground railroad. Anyway, I am a mutt, so to speak too, I have 1/4 Danish, 1/4 bohemian, Irish, English, German, Dutch, Austrian and Cherokee Indian and possibly some potawatomee.

Lionhearted1967,
you did no offense that I know of toward me, if you did and I did not know of it, apoligy accepted.
Very cool back ground, I like that.
As far as I know our last name goes back to a guy that landed in 1680, supposedly we are decendents from him, like I said about other stuff I need to research this.
I love history, you'd think I'd be more gunghoe to do this, oh well, maybe when I retire, hahahaa.
I hope I don't wait that long.

1776 was it? since then a lot of immigrants has passed the statue of liberty. The first act to stop non anglos was the introduction of quotas. Where the anual % of each countries foreign citizens allowed to immigrate was determend by the % actually living there. If I don´remember wrong this was implimented in the early 1900. And I don´t think afroamericans was even counted. Until this day there is still a immigrantlottery where they use this procentage. Nigeria proberbly have 2 winners and if you are from Skottland, 100% you´ll win.
