I have no idea if this will work, if there are enough people here, or if there will be any interest,but I am tired of seeing novelists making tons of cash by simply writing a novel! Really, just what is a novel? You write a sentence, then another, then another, and just keep going until you have a novel. Hell, easy enough. Here's hoping this works and an award-winning novel is generated (all royalties to be sgared of course)

Simple rules;

1. One sentence per post
2. You can't post a reply to your own sentence.
3. That's it for rules,....time to get rich!!

It was a dark and stormy night.

The pair felt as if they were being watching and rounding the corner, entered the dimly lit building

All of a sudden, the building wasn't dimly lit, it was pitch black.

He reached down and grabbed a handful of hair, trusting the bear's sense of smell to lead them through the inky blackness.

When there was a sudden flash of lightening and A Non A Moose froze and the hair on the back of his neck stood up for in that brief second of light over in the corner he saw a dark shape move.....

Fear began to well up inside of him as he realized he could no longer feel the hair in his hand and a that strange noise from where he had seen the shape drew closer in the coal black darkness.

As the Shadow inched closer, fear turned into relief, it was Everod, but there was concern as he spoke.

He stood frozen in fear, his mind racing as what to do, also wishing he had brought the flashlight sitting on the table. There was another flash of lightening and what he saw maybe him shake more than ever.....

The fire we had lit earlier was nothing more than smoking Amber's.

...other than a few empty beer cans that had melted together, looking eerily like the Stanley Cup losers after their last game.laugh
