cheering I started believing in me again, in taking leaps of faith.
cheering I dealt with alot of "ugly" that I had been avoiding.
cheering I put so much of the past where it belonged - the past.
cheering I stood up for myself and others who needed support.
cheering I owned up to my mistakes.
cheering I learned to forgive, maybe not forget, but forgive.
cheering I opened up my heart.
cheering I learned to laugh again, out loud, piss my pants laughing - thanks to many people on this forum.
cheering I am looking forward to a new chapter in my life - one full of love and acceptance - hopefully one of the better parts of my journey of existence - where I will discover so much more of me and of life and of those who matter and of those who don't - there is so much more to be explored and known.angel

So happy Autumn to all - breath it in and relish all that there is to offer and look after yourselves - then you can look after those who need you heart wings

thumbs up

You already know Eyes and looked at my profile. grin smitten

My aunt came from England for a visit. She is in her 80's and do not know if or when I will see her again. Twins made lots of progress in one yr. More than the Dr's thought. The 2 yr old has made so many hmm not sure what to call them, but he has advanced to a closer level to what a 1.5 yr old should be doing verbally. For him that is a mile stone.

The twins who make shy/strange with everyone, were definitely had no problems with a certain someone today. It was meet my parents for the first time today... my dad loved having another sports nut to talk to. grin I have a feeling that because the twins allowed this certain someone to pick them up and hold them ... impressed my mother.

I was introduced to his mother a few weeks ago, and she told me she wanted me to come back and visit her anytime. grin

My kids are doing well, job is going well, so I can not really complain, or can't find something irritating enough to complain.... unless it's about some women shoving her way on to the bus, and the person she shoved had a broken leg and was on crutches. (if I complained about people being like this, every time it happened, I'd never stop complaining.)grin

Dragon display was pretty cool. grin

Once while out for supper, this awesome little boy called "James", asked if we were on our honeymoon. rolling on the floor laughing For most of out supper this awesome kid was at our table. He was smart, and just an amazing kid. .... as for the response to his honeymoon question.... my friend answered, "Not yet".confused

So for the most part, my summer was pretty awesome. Fall is my favorite time of year, so I know it will be a great one. grin

Hope everyone is doing well, and the rest of the year will be great for you all. wine

summer was a great time for me, moved to a new place, finally have unpacked all the boxes and it feels like a home. Oldest daughter finally figured out that the guy she had been dating for over a year was trying to control her and said good bye. ls now dating a great guy, alot older than she is (she is 23 and he is 39) but its all good.
Youngest passed Math after having to take summer school with a 86.
Ok and now for me, reconnected with a high school crush and things are going good, finally a man who wants to get to know the real me and likes what he sees. Planning a trip out to BC maybe in the fall or winter to see him and reconnect some more.
Learned alot about muself and what l want in life, learned that not all people can be what they state they are and that family and friends are the greatest gift god can give us. Helped a single mom that had nothing move into a place they can call a home and gave them a few things that they needed to make there place a home. lt felt very good to be able to help them after all the help l got when l left my marriage....god provides and all is good....
hoping for a great autumn and winter and plan on having a great time with family and friends.
