Tonight won't be too bad here, but tomorrow and the next night are supposed to go down into the -30s. I started a fire last night in the fireplace - and I sat and fed it one piece of ugly paper at a time - huge box full of words and numbers and stuff that did nothing but bind me to the past - it was a wonderful feeling watching flames eat away so much pain...heart wings yay

Cleansing the spirit of negative energy is always good. A three, white candle vigil helps to and smudging with sweet grass

All we EVER need in BC is an umbrella, rain gear, and of course a good pair of waterproof boots... swim fins and a snorkle wouldn't hurt either
