curvychick: When I was younger, I always KNEW that I would be a mom....unfortunately, to this day, I am not....
however, I would LOVE the idea of having at least one! My timer is ticking BUT I do not lose hope....
Funny thing is that men my age have already HAD their kids and don't want anymore....and I do....THAT causes a problem, with me anyways...... cause I cannot be with someone whom does not want to share in that joy with me....
so really, it isn't all about the YOUNGER women not wanting kids but moreso, the OLDER ones who do!
I think that when we are young, we want to "explore the world" and all it has to offer....may it be travelling, dating, living life to the fullest or just getting a career on track....as we get older, the thought of a child does cross our minds...but that usually happens when we DO meet someone and feel that this is the person whom we want to live the rest of our lives with...and with what better addition than a child!

Curvy, there are so many foster children waiting for someone to adopt them, and make them part of a family. My mother has 4 all 2 yrs old and under. Each one of them a blessing, and up for adoption.
Who ever gets them, will be very lucky and very blessed to have these kids in their life.

I would love to do that but there are some roadblocks
1> I am single...much cause for problemos!
2> Lawyers fees would KILL me and what pissed me off? I would rather use that money for their education and not a lawyer
and
3> I have tried before....no luck
it's sad that I have a HUGE AMOUNT of love to give to kids...but don't have that blessing to do so!
