I went to a Newways party (branch of Amway) at my sister's place because my cousin was thinking of taking it up. They were crapping on about the shampoo and conditioner we use is going to give us cancer. I was furious, ended up yelling at the consultant that her party was nothing but a scare campaign and there is no way in hell she could tell that these products were going to give us cancer and we don't know what gives us cancer, it could be the toe jam in our shoes for all she knows, lol. I was going off and my sister and mum were so embarrassed. I can't remember what ridiculous price they were asking for the products but I told her if she actually sold me on the merits of her products rather than trying to scare me about what I was already using, I might have actually bought something. 
I get sick to death of being told what is going to give me cancer, might as well take a bullet now.

Never been to one of those parties in my life an absolute rip off.Its more of a social thing for many people.
