I was reading about another Dutch guy milking 800 cows here in Victoria in last weeks Weeky Times Rural paper. 400 of the cows are housed continually inside, split up into two groups the cows are milked 2.8 times every day by robotic milking machines. The other 400 are still on pasture and milked in a herringbone shed.
Was only month or so ago i stated won't be long before cows are in pens like chickens, tis probably not far away from it already

Wasn't there a study about people who ill treat animals have a link with some sort of pyschiatric disorder, that states that they must remain in care for the duration of their life...
Bad enough when you hear stories about people missing their beloved animals, only finding out later, they were used as crab bait... I wouldn't of believed anyone was capable of doing this, until I saw the article....

not only is the act sick, so is the person who has to gain attention to themselves by taking such action.
The fact that the animal was dead first really doesnt have much bearing, it just shows complete lack of respect of the animal dead or alive
Whether it is gaining attention for an act such as this, or just big noting themselves, it shows they have little compassion for others, or others feelings, catering to themselves first and foremost.
