If its your house, and you have made it a home... that is really good.
I have the opposite of yourn.. I have the house, it was a real home, full of kids, every kid in the neighbor already here when I got home from work, emptied the fruit bowl and cake box out most nights, and left mess and dirty finger marks on the pantry doors..
They have been gone a long while now... I still have my home.. Its pretty empty now, but Oh... so quiet and peaceful..
I dont mind, I really look forward to coming home after work at night, the house is just as it should be... clean, quiet and very peaceful..
And dont worry about the garden... I have changed the landscape of my garden more times than I care to remember... Once its done, I pull it apart and restart... I get a lot of pleasure from restarting... so just think of yours in one of the re-start phases...
