First get a bottle of Fountain Smoky barbi sauce then add about half of that with honey, a couple squeezes of plain barbi sauce a squeeze of lemon and a teaspoon of crushed ginger to give it bite. Mix all together on a low heat' prepare chicken wings by cutting in half rinse and dry them and place in deep bowl then pour the warmed mixture over the wings to cover them'then put in fridge for a few hours.
Then place on steel rack over baking dish to cook at about 180 till done then put the left over sauce in saucepan and simmer for 10 min then tip into small dipping bowls when Chook is read to dip into it. This goes great with rice and salad.
The sauce goes great with a pile spare ribs as well.
