snagsmoore: They toss a coin to make decisions too if they disagree or can't decide.

Yeah the couple next door to me have a relationship like that they were married was a second marriage no kids with each other but grown up kids from previous ones , but it didn't work for them they got divorced and now have a relationship they both have their own home to retreat too guess it is a good arrangement for some folks they spent a couple of days a week together the rest is their own time.

dunno

My mum and her partner are complete opposites so they need some time out
laugh I think they would kill each other if they spent all their time together. Even when they are together, you can see when it is time to go home.

Prenups are legal here in oz ..... the main thing is to ensure every aspect is included and stipulated in the contract and that both parties have the very best legal advise to stop claims such s duress at a later date ..

another form of safety net is to form a company and place all your assets within the company so as you yourself own absolutely nothing ... though legislation is tightening up on what was once a great legal loop hole ...

I love for love not for assets or money so if I were to ever marry someone whom had more than I then I would ensure all legal aspects were applied to protect the innocent and allow the opportunity of perhaps building something new with my new partner ... jmo mind you

I lost all my assets when my marriage ended except for my car TV bed etc!!
I've been told I should buy property again but seeing I printed out my group certificate (cant think of the new name) why bother .
Earn so little why stress myself out more
