I am nursing a sore shoulder so with that and the rain we are having all day here I have had a real 'slob' day
Fiddled around not doing much, read my book, watched some rubbish on Ausstar, fell asleep on the lounge listening to the rain gurgling down the drainpipe

I know the feeling. but I don't think I would like to be laying on the beach in a bikini.....
I would really like to become a professional beach bum... but the pay isn't that crash hot.
But if the weather was a little better up here, I would have been on the beach this weekend. but no.

wish it was raining here, that way i wouldnt feel so bad slobbing around
im looking forwards to watching the great gatsby,
i have a busy weekend next weekend, babysitting my grandkids while their mum and dad go out, it gives them a break and i can act like a child for a while

its funny cos we have some good beaches here in perth but not really a beach person here
i love beaches abroad, i reckon we need shady palm trees on the beaches, when its hot its horrible on the beaches. hot sand, sand flies, sand in yer rump and other places
must be the holiday aspect i enjoy

Afternoon Ash what a stunning day today perfect weather I did my coastal walk this morning it was just beautiful looking out across the ocean heaps of peeps in their cabin cruiser's and speed boats I wish I had one I love boats
If I won Lotto first thing I would buy and second thing a real flash house right at the ocean front 
Of course I would have to buy a property too with donks , horsie's cows & chooks the list is endless On my also to do list

In the real world today I also went to drovers markets after my walk & bought some fresh fish barramundi yum yum delish having that tomorrow

Then I went to see no2 daughter as well as my ex, since they now live in the same house. That was good. The other daughter was "far too busy" to have visitors. Oh well.... another time.

That's nice to catch up with your family I haven't seen mine for few weeks it's hard to see my daughter her being FIFO worker and when she gets home she's so busy we have to organize time to catch up. I guess when they are young like when we were always too busy and working long hours I think we were much the same in our youth too.
