PrOwLeR_: went an did a light work out with my new trainer at Jetts gym today ..
just did a 30 min fitness test to gauge how bad I am ... (Turns out I am not that unfit, for a fat fella)James the fella who has the franchise says he can get twenty kilos off me in ten to twelve weeks if i do what I am told ....I've been measured and weighed the fun begins 8 am Monday morning ...wish me luck ... at least the ambo service up here on the Goldy is free ... lol ......

The local gym here is running an all male program called Jim - stands for Join in men. The radio ad says no girlie aerobics and stuff just all male grunt and sweat.
