First thing you have to do is move to NSW. Them's the rules.

Well actualy i used to live in NSW was born there and lived not very far from you and was a member of the penrith leqgues club as well so does that count LOL

To avoid getting banned you could read the Rules... there's a link somewhere. If you do, you'd be the first (to read them.)
What else? Ok, you click the "Quote" button if you want to respond specifically to someone's comment. However, it can be a bit annoying if you quote the person who wrote 2.5 reams of drivel, only to comment "I agree" or sumpin like that. Also, it's a huge waste of e-paper.
And... emoticons: use them wisely. They are free, but as a general rule 3 per post is considered fair. After all, if you go and waste them, there may not be enough left for others and that would be extremely selfish, right? Site administrators have been known to bombard repeat offenders with large amounts of advertising.
If you feel the need to write sensible posts you might find yourself on the outer. On the other hand if you are fluent in gibberish, silliness or just good ol' "jokes" then hey, you'll fit right in.
