I mean let's face it, most guys won't knock back a flower, candy or love heart but surely a tractor or fishing lure would be a winner
Promised my son chocolate if he does an hour on the exercise bike. WIsh he'd hurry up....feels wrong eating it in front of him.

Seems to many people on here are smoking/ snorting stuff that make them paranoid 
Well Jem ,have we been to the Dr yet ? seems like a good idea . Pretty sure if I had bad news coming I would want it sooner than later so I had more wild party time .

thanks for the concern, but, as I have had broken ribs before I know the symptoms. At worst I might have cracked ribs but I dont think so as there is no movement or extra pain. Just bruising.
And I am a glutton for punishment... work booked me in for a First Aid course on Thursday.
I passed but.. up and down off the floor doing CPR, Snake bites, severe leg lacerations, defibillations etc we spend a good percentage of the day on the floor...
My shoulder did not appreciate it and is on strike at present!
so.. dont cark it in front of me at present as I wouldnt be able to keep up CPR, I would advise waiting a couple of weeks.
Quiet weekend for me, resting this shoulder and ribs
