Been thinking about this more (thanks Lookin),
I really think I'd struggle with total blindness. I can't sleep in a completely dark room, have to have something that'll give me a sense of depth or else I feel the walls are by my ears and the ceiling's by my nose. Then I start panicking thinking I can't breathe.

I imagine that's what being blind would be like?
my dad has macular degeneration and is slowly loosing his sight.
He isnt too bad yet but things are starting to blur in certain places, affecting his confidence and balance.
