is that fun or fungi ? I have noticed a squishy feeling in my boots lately , funny enough since the rain , I hope its not me .
epirb: bit more fungi , not sure what its called , grows from a green ball into this thing ,good ones six inches dia ,this one maybe 4 .

I was wandering through my scrub with the QE11 rep and to council conservators with a view of retiring some very steep creek systems when we found a pile of mucus enough to fill a small cup . It looked more animal than vegetable , none of us was able to shed any light on it , one of the conservators took pics of it thinking it rare . Seems it was the basket fungi with its top scraped off to early . Yeah clever all right. But then doing a hand stand is pretty clever too - for a dog. So either way - awesome dogs.

That little wire strainer is a great idea! For when your barbed wire goes a bit slack; you can retighten it. Haven't seen those before.
That sap piccie is a classic Rob. You should enter some competitions with somke of your photos!
And that duck taking off from the water while running over the surface - excellent.
Better idea - put your photos up on a site like stock photos or similar where you can get paid when someone wants to use it. I'm sure yours would be in demand.

I take two three hundred a day pretty often and few those turn out sort of ok, however recently bloke who takes really good bird pictures explained his cameras settings and so I changed mine and think in direct consequence the pictures are now on average a lot better

I do love the digital photography a lot. I do a lot of travelling and take pics of what I want to see. After many years of waiting for the film to develop much timelater, I can now see how bad my photos are when I take them. And take umpteen photos to later discard some when I do my writings of my travels.
The beauty of the digital age ah?
I've deleted about 4000 bird pictures that i had saved, this year alone. Two weeks ago in one session deleted 1,996 pictures mostly because i've save what i think are better photos of the bird.
Currently have 2,104 pictures in one bird folder, 174 in DVD pictures of birds spotted in the Ensay area, plus 365 pictures in the Australia 365 DVD folder, have given away around 70 DVD's this year so others can also enjoy the pictures
a sort of hobby
