Now I dont get weighed again until Monday . But I thought I'd show you guys and gals my progress . Seeing my co workers keep telling me how good I'm doing .

Weight I've lost in a picture

Micky, coming from a family of genetically-normal people of 6 foot plus for males and 5 foot 8 inches minimum for (normal) females, we have been lucky for people not to notice that a person at 6'5" and 120kgs is overweight. Not me, my son.

When I met you at the Melbourne Meet, I put you down as being "solid," not really overweight. Same as that other guy here in Melbourne who says a lot but won't show up for Meets (not implying that Lookin does not show up for meets as he did once).

My 5'2-" daughter has been hitting the gym over the last year or so and after all of those years is "losing the puppy fat." Having grown up with a diabetic father and "I should look so good for the boyfriend" mother, she has been a bit tubby. Unfortunately, her husband does work on his feet every (few) working days and can justify his 24/7 gastro "need to have those carbs" diet.

Micky, I have hit the regress path after not having contact with my son on Fathers Day and managed to go through all of the Tim Tams in the place. If I was still smoking, maybe I would have had another 1 or 5 that day (and since).

It is a very hard road to follow but the outcome is usually worth it. Stick with the effort.

And all those clothes the solid Micky was wearing in Melbourne are now to large

It should not only make an impact on your looks, but more importantly on your health.

Cutting out sugar (and milk) at the moment myself. I don't mind the sugar, but I could kill for a hot chocolate.

ill know more in a few weeks must be due another blood test .
Hoping to lose enough to get off all my medications ie diabetes BP etc

dietitian and myself as well over the moon love no knee pain finally love blood sugars back to normal levels
