I've not been diagnosed as such Forty conversing but I feel that the symptoms I've experienced most of my life are at least vertigo-like.

Many have thought it's a fear of heights, which it isn't, but I suffer from a feeling of lightheadedness, my balance goes out and I have near panic attacks when forced to walk across such things as elevated walkways over water, roads and traintracks, escalators which are not enclosed on either side, high walking trails with big vistas etc etc.

I don't feel I'm going to fall, it's simply an uncontrollable sensation that comes over me and I've just learned to live with it sad flower

What's happening with you confused hug

Good evening. Last three days of the world really just spinning and spinning. Of course the vomiting. Been happening last few months so ignored possibility of new glasses. But after tablets working to some extent have reverted to old glasses and so maybe the last week and especially last 3 days - the glasses. Unless middle ear thing and glasses just do not like one anotherlaugh

Yep, I get vertigo when I'm in a small plane looking out the window, sometimes I come close to having a pannick attack.
It feels like I am getting sucked into the vastness of what is below me!
If I know that I am going to fly in a small plane I will get some Valium off my doctor, that fixes it plus I sleep the whole flight.yawn
