if we impute bad then whatever experience we imputed bad upon appears as bad, our thoughts therefore become heavy, drains us.
A middle way approach has many positive attributes, I think we are better able to assist others, as an observer, our mind is better able to assist and offer impartial more meaningful support.
I think is much better than getting tied up inside because lot of the bad is about our self feelings rather than other persons feelings, there current difficulties (finding it a bit hard to put into words) mindfully direct the mind towards benefiting others...
