Today for me it was confusing...a lot on my mind..
So i felt fine and did some housework..then i felt tired and stayed in the balcony in the sun...and felt a bit lonely and sad..so i made myself a cuppa tea and carried on tidying up. Finally it was time to go to work for 3 hours, went for a power walk for 30 mins. and back home.
What a pathetic day i spend...

Normally I can do just about anything short of leaping over tall buildings in a single bound, but after two car crashes within 6 months, I don't feel as young and spry as I once did.
Between physio, massage, chiropractors and seeing my regular doctor, I'll be fine in time, but at the moment, I'm just a slow moving bag of bones.
