I can go riding my bike thru the forests anytime and know I`m not gonna be attacked, walk home from the pub at night carrying a handbag full of "things" like money, mobile phone and know I not gonna be robbed, my grandkids can play around the village at night - and be safe!
I can use public transport and actually arrive where I want to be, on time!
And the only reason to put a fence around the house is if one has a dog ..... to keep the dog in!
