In general, If you are standing somewhere and a guy walks past behind you and turns his head and looks at your bum as he walks by. Or he may even stop behind you and look for a few seconds and then continue on his way. Do you feel awkward knowing there are eyes glued to your tush or do you take it as a compliment and consider yourself lucky?

I look at their bums if they're nice (and their shoulders... and their eyes...) so why shouldn't they look at mine?
not much to think about, as unless the man say something then he could be thinking anything.
At my age, it's always a compliment if a man is looking at me!
