Hello everybody!

I want to know your opinion about this!, yours experiences about this matter.
For me I have an incredible attraction for intelligent men with sense of humor, a complete gentlemen...that sometimes the physical aspect (when the men is not handsome enough...to my eyes)could gain extra points if he has some of this characteristics!.

well beauty is in the eyes of the beholder but the one holding has to think he his nice othere wise there is no atraction ..what every one perseves as good looking is diffrent and thats gr8 ..but we have to be atracted enought o want to jump all over him with desire ......wine

I agree that "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder". You and only you know what’s beautiful for you and what’s not.

Standards of the physical beauty are changing over the time. If you would go with the fashion you can find yourself being with a person that’s beautiful by someone else’s norms, not yours.

I think,it only takes a split second to know (unsubconscious) weather you're atracted to someone,from there on it's a only a mating ritual,in which there are no points to win,only to loose.
What else would drive you in wanting to now a person better?

In Latvian this idiom doesn't exsist. What really is meaning of Beayty is in the eye of the beholder?

It means...... it is up to the person looking ( the beholder ) to decide if something or someone is beautiful to them. Their own opinion basically.

We all see or judge beauty differently...... thankfully.wine
