Yep i do ..... Most days oi still feel 19 yrs old and if i dont look in the mirror its believable

It may be a perfectly valid supposition that you are as young as you feel. (Right now I feel a 100 years young - change the noun to 'old' and perhaps the expression will be less popular).
Whatever you do...never fill out official forms (insurance etc etc) on the basis of how young/old you feel.
I've always felt that I'm about 17 abd still get surprised when I look in the mirror when I see this 48 year old looking back.

Most of times, I feel young and forget about my age.
As long as I don't have to pick up something on the floor and cannot stand up anymore.
Or when having fun with friends, talking about a lot of different things and someone says "yeah, that's like my Mom". Awful! I gain 30 years in a second.

Yeah, me too!One thing I realy hate though ... is that Magnifying Mirror I use to pluck my eyebrows (can`t do it with specs on!) ... there`s a total stranger looking back at me ..... No, not realy a stranger, just someone who looks like my mother!...scary stuff!

I agree, experience brings wisdom...hopefully.
Illness though can add years on a person, whatever the age, so let us be thankful for good health whilst we have it.
I remember visiting a hospital for terminally sick children, and many of the little mites looked like wizened old men and women.
