Mostly for myself ... I have long conversations with imaginary beings, practicing being positive .. which to me is my form of praying.Oh, when one of my kids gets into the muck then I do it on their behalf too ...... Most times it works and theres good results...

It's a Bummer sometimes,especially if the timing is off.

Ah ha ... dear Conrad .... at my age I have learned THAT lesson VERY well! BE VERY CAREFUL WHAT YOU PRAY FOR .... Yeah, I once got a mucky old wooden cabin on stilts in the middle of wet freezing mud ... cause I prayed for a house with wooden walls that didnt need cleaning all the time .......It's a Bummer sometimes,especially if the timing is off.

..... Had little kids then .... white walls ...... and ...well .... sitting in the garden with gumboots on keeping an eye on the slugs climbing up then - that was no fun! .... and the kids had nowhere to do headstands! hahahaa....
....Only upside was watching visitors arrive, climb out their car at end of driveway and attempt to cross the "lush green lawn" and sink up to their knees in black viscous mud .....tainted with cowdung ... it was a dairy farm.....

Oh, I found out why they laughing! It`s cause we use wrong words when we speaking to them ....... We always ASKING FOR, WAITING FOR, PLEADING, and saying things like "I AM ..... sick/no good at something/needing something/wanting something/ etc etc .... instead of stating things in the POSITIVE!They must be sitting up on Olympus laughing themselves silly!
For example: You are in a negative situation and require rescue (for want of a better example, it`s the end of the day and my brain is tired) .... now ... try stating your requirements ... beginning with the words "I am ..........." ......as though what you are requesting has already been granted by The Wise Ones......
And remember .....As you think, so are you.
Oh, I forgot something very important ...... DO NOT AGREE with things you actually don`t agree with. When others say negative things, don`t just nod your head and agree, out of habit. What you agree with becomes a part of your mindset.
