stay inside hun..antihistamine is supposed to help,but it knocks me out,you can get a good nasal spray for the nose issues.
to be honest i just stay inside as much as possible when the air is thick and hope for rain,it passes eventually.
Ahhh ha! what poses as "hay fever" is usually Hay Fever. Its that time of the year when farmers are making over their Hay for winter ....... and it makes a fine dust that spreads all over the land.
Damp down your apartment - using a fine mist spray, go all over the darn place .... ceilings, walls, everywhere.
Anti histamines just over-ride your immune system, confusing the hell out of your body.
There are many synthetic building materials that make your body immitate `flu .... the worst is the white insulation bricks .. any insulation taking place in your area?... or sawing /cutting of other building materials?
Wash the curtains - they hold the dust of the hay or whatever.
Check out the contents of any new washing/lotions/potions you have recently bought and used.

What is spread out over the whole year in warmer Countries,is crammed into a few months in the Temperate Zones.

I use flixonase nasal spray and it works for me....its really good try it!
