all i will say is good manners being polite and a smile cost you nothing and may make the person feel happyI always walk curb-side when walking with ladies or children and always open doors for people irrespective of gender and age if appropriate .. who would slam a door in somebody's face?
I think good manners aren't something you do but are an integral part of who you are .. whether they are appreciated or not ..
and I offer ladies something much better than tea in bed - me in bed ..
