Eating can be different from one day to another, but I do have to eat well before living home.
Lunch for me is before I get out of my home, around 9 to 10 am ( that is why I choose Mexican) and dinner would be around 5 pm, so I am home and i can have one or two cups of wine and they make feel quite relaxed.

Enchilladas .. refried beans .. tortillas .. fajitas .. pozole etc - I like it all really .. we have a Mexican restaurant here in the village and the cook is Mexicana - from Aguascalientes ..

Wow that sounds a great variety of Mexican Dishes, I gues they might have "Chiles rellenos" stuffed peppers which are great!
Aguascalientes is not far from my place.
I have my lunch early because I have to eat well in the morning I am a morning eater even if I am staying home (I can do most of my work at home).
