Hello Everyone, here is an update with info on time, place, dinner menu, directions.

Final plans for the evening are posted below. SIGN-UP NOW, JOIN THE GROUP, come alone or bring a friend... everyone is welcome


When: Saturday, 30th October, 7:30 pm

Where: Dhekelia Leisure Resort, Larnaca, Cyprus

LOCATION: Our dinner venue is located along the beach on the Army Base. The building is on the seaside with great views of areas along the Mediterrean Sea

DIRECTIONS: Coming from Larnaca…..
Head straight towards Dhekelia Road
Right turn at the roundabout towards Army Base on Dhekelia Road
Straight on, then just pass CESSAC on the right hand side, Agincourt Lane is just a little way up on the right hand side…. (if coming from Paralimni, Ayia Napa then Agincourt Lane will be on the left hand side)
Turn into Agincourt Lane, follow the road round to the left all the way down and the building will be on the right.

*I aim to have some visual signs in place from Agincourt Lane, as a guide to the actual building....

PLEASE NOTE
This is very important because I need final headcount for seating and catering...

1. If you are going to bring a non-CS friend to the Meet-up, would you PLEASE send me an email of notification as they do not appear in the signup box.

2. If you have signed up and find that for whatever reason you won't be able to attend, please remove your profile from the sign-up page by clicking on the "unsign-up button" at the top left hand corner of page 1. Or please send me an email to let me know you will not be attending.

3. I need to give the restaurant a week's notice of numbers attending for catering purposes... in that respect therefore, it would be r-e-a-l-l-y helpful if you could get signed up to indicate your intention to attend by 23rd October.. please

4. Dinner will be a set buffet-style meal, and I will ensure that vegetarians will be catered for. If anyone has got any special dietary requirement, would you kindly send me an email by 23rd October and I will pass it on to the caterers.

This is an opportunity for us to meet old friends and make new ones.. or you can bring a friend along, and who knows...
