tomboygirl: I feel a hundred times better mentally,and mood wise when I exercise.I've had periods of time when I haven't and everything became an effort.So a healthy diet isn't enough,to have me feeling as good as I could.
If you are very physically active,doing lots of housework,walking around shops,or busy moving about at work,its probably enough.
If not,you might find a walking partner,who you can chat to,the trick is to find an activity you enjoy,so it doesn't feel such a drag.
