How u can made u happy? – For the most I feel rather glad. Swimming, riding my bike, being in a forest makes me happy but to get it I have to organize and coordinate few things like weather, to mention one.
Sharing feelings, be it feelings brought by music or a painting or a book or a funny story, or feelings brought by physical intimacy, makes me happy too, but here you need someone to share your feeling with.

I try to get close from the old saying : Live your dream, don't dream your life. Not so easy, but a way of mind.
Gym at least twice a week for the endorphines, a bottle of wine to share with good friends from time to time, a long walk along the shore to breathe the body and mind.
Impossible wishes don't exist, impossible results could.

1. keep trying and work hard to reach it. Never thougt I will end up here with 'work' I really like before
2. never regret and grateful for even great weaknesses I have, since it need such a big effort (wonderful big strenghts in ourserlf) to overcome it

That if you can´t love yourself then nobody else will?If that´s the case then there is some truth in it. People have to be happy within themselves before they can contribute to the happiness of another, well that´s what I believe anyway.

There is a downside though.
If you love yourself too much there is no room in your heart for anyone else.
