if you are fit in mind then itshould follow that you have enough gumption to take care of the body so the answere must always be the mind for within is the computer of life treat ir with care 
I suppose it depends, I mean the answer, would lie within the years 30 and 60. But that's a longwinded way o f asking another's age. Dear Princess2011 you are too young for me.
