child maintenance (child support) in UK for non UK citizens (6)
divreizdivi: May be anyone can help me with a piece of advice.
My child's father is an EU country citizen working and living permanently in UK. I am an EU citizen as well (different from my child's father), and at the moment resident with my child in my home country with perspective of working abroad some time. And yes, we are not together.
If the mutual agreement will not work out, how is the monthly child support calculated from the child's father? According to UK laws? Or his home country laws? How can I officially apply for the child support since the Child Support Agency is dealing with kids only resident in the UK.

Also, bare in mind that there are law differences between Scotland and England. Am not 100% sure of legal differences for Wales and England, and again, I'd expect Northern Ireland to have slight differences.
