I personally am one of those (some may think) annoying people who strike up a conversation with anyone nearby. People are so miserable here in London. It can't be the weather - it's probably economical/social factors.

Yes, I am engaged in that worthwhile exercise, and I do know the power of positive thinking and action, and that it does invade one`s life!The more one practices this, the more one becomes aware of how negative SO many people are! And then they get surprised when what they say comes true!

Don`t know about "cosmic ordering" ...... to me it`s just part of the "I am" philosophy - Biblical.When people say negative things about themselves they create that energy around themselves ... so negative or positive ..... we create it for ourselves. We do not Order things, but we attract what we are seeking when we ask for it.
Like saying "I`m so stupid", or "unlucky", or whatever ..... then that is what we are. And that is how we are perceived.
As an example: An acquintance of mine began to hate her job and kept saying she wished she`d get fired, so she could claim unemployment ....... and was surprised when she got fired. But she did get her unemployment money ....... till it ran out ....... and because it is her habit she then proceeded to say how unlucky she was and she would NEVER find a "decent" job ...... and three years later she still has never found a "decent" job. Just one small example.
On my Biblical theme ...... "How you think and speak is what you are". What comes out of your mouth defiles you, not what you put into your mouth - that feeds your body. What comes out of your mouth is what feeds your soul. And we are souls inhabiting a body.
I just love my own interpretations!

Ok, yes positive thinking is very important, and also for general health reasons.
This is what cosmic ordering is about. I tried it but it was because I had faith in it it came true - but I only wished for easily achievable things - not to win the lottery jackpot etc.

What on earth is astro travelling? Cosmic ordering is done with both feet firmly on the ground and hope in your heart. Astro travelling sounds like something completely different.

A great topic. Thank you. it is a pet area of mine and I help people as part of my chosen field, to do this and I do this well....Having said this, I naturally have my own challenges and I am vigilant about addressing them. I read a lot on the area of creating our own reality based on principles of quantum physics. To quote Mike Dooley, 'Thoughts become things...choose them wisely'.
One example of taking positive action in my own life, lies as recently as yesterday, where I took up an offer of a free 30min 'phone session with someone way over in California. I bit the procrastinating bullet and made the initial contact and today's the day....I'm so excited! Allison is a survivor of being burned alive in an horrific car accident, and much more.... She is an artist and now a keynote speaker among many things, and I recently purchased and listened to her 6cd's. I am in awe of this wonderful human being, and in about 5hrs I will be speaking with her.
One other really lovely thing that reminds me to be positive, is my daily 'Notes from the Universe' which I receive, personalised for me, addressing me by my name. It does take some getting used to, reading every day, how fabulous I really am! :)

You know something - one of my most memorable holidays from many years ago was to Sorrento plus touring that region. I found the Italians to be the most lovely friendly and wonderful people. So open and welcoming.
