never married
divorced
widowed
separated
in a relationship
not single / not looking
well, I never been married and still when I make my profile I select SEPARATED....now how you understand it when you read my profile???
though cause the question was MARITAL status - my right answer should be NEVER MARRIED otherwise than SEPARATED ? Right ??????

1.SEPARATED = Married and still emotionally involved with 'your wife' and it doesn't matter you are living together or not.
2.Not many women show attention to Separated men but it is maybe just the case you are looking for -you might want to choose woman&women you are interested in ?!
3.As you wrote what is your real status-UNMARRIED/which could be a fib too !/I will assume you would lie about anything else./nothing personal-just stated my opinion:-)
well, been in a long relationship but never been married, so I was thinking that cause I am devorced from that but never married - I should answer "separated" but never really thought the question to end? MARITAL status?

stupid me. never was my tension to tell lies or say something wrong, thats why i put this up here cause really was pure mistake by me and we should really take time and thoughs when we write profiles cause it could send really bad/wrong messages.

Rubbish, I was separated 12 years and certainly not still emotionally attached my ex. I know people seperated a lot longer than that to.

To each their own.I agree with you talking about separated for years.But people are different and situations are different and even every situation has its own reasons and options talking about recently separated .Both might be happy being separated; both might be hurt and not emotionally involved; one of them might be hurt but still emotionally involved;a possibility to reunite or a possibility to separate once again lol.Everything is possible and should be considered.
