First of all you show how selfish you are asking a lady to visit you in your home town and even worse , to afford to pay herself the ticket. Can be reasonable if the lady she will book hotel room as well , so she can visit your home town on her own. Paying the cost for herself wouldn't involve her in anything , right?!!
Second, you ask to much : she has to have driving licence , to learn your language , to be techical, sporty etc
