Being single................ SUCKS!
It's a great feeling to be free than being in a piosonous relationship.
But then, it takes time to rebuild because of the lack of trust.

I'm new here, and just finished from a relationship, a week ago, so im still heart broken, I cant say its good or bad, I'm actually more looking for friendship as I don't believe in running from one relationship to another. I suppose everyone's dream is to find a relationship with unconditional love that lasts forever, hard to find in today life. when you single you need to spend as much time alone & think what you want after all this is your Journey, have a great relationship with your self, fall in love with your self, have simple moments and laugh at silly things. when you love yourself deep with in, you find people around you loving you for who you are not what they want you to be.....
Hullo, I just saw your picture here, as I do not go on this site too often. I can understand how you felt loosing your wife after all the time you have been together. I can understand as I too lost my husband more than 5yrs ago and it seems like yesterday. But eventually time heals.
i get used to it. Be single is freedom but also sometimes feel bad and depressed. It has good and bad sides .

Hi Mr McFLYI know that you have posted this years ago, but I hope that you have moved forward with your life. I too am a widow and understand exactly what you have been through. But life is beautiful and we must make the best of it and focus on the positive.

But you know how life is when one is so incredibly attractive, intelligent, etc etc blah blah blah ....... my single days end on 2nd May this year - like on Friday!!!
Being my very last wedding I intend to have, it`s going to be a nice big Country & Western bash in a barn on a farm, live band, make as much noise as we like ....... and then next day fly to Malta for the first Honeymoon I`ve ever had. Lekker hey?
So Granny will be married. For the last time in this life.
But now I knew what sort of guy I do NOT need in my life, so have found the perfect one to settle for. Finally.
Keep the faith. Know what you want. And it will arrive.
