make myself busy - write paint- sell wine- cook a special meal- walk in a beautiful part - count all the blessings in my life- have a coffee or three on the boulevard
and then theres always CS

I don't usually feel lonely and when I do I unlonely myself by visiting a friend
what I do feel sometimes is down when things just seem to pile up... kicking trees is not enogh so I just mop around and feel sorry for myself for a while till I decide to get a move on.
when I'm down, I don't really feel like talking to people much.

Nothing wrong with that!Only problem is,God never gave me a Hug a Smile and asks 'Hi Honey How Are You',when I open my Apartment Door!!!

When i'm lonely.. i grab my car keys and go for a drive or if i'm too depressed i just go to sleep

yes.. shopping is good therapy..
I bought another (yes.. another pair) of beautiful shoes... 9 cm heels.... not too long ago and they did make me feel good... and still do everytime I put them on...
today I'm wearing my old pair of flip flops (I love them) and after being sunburnt (yet again) I'm moping about... waiting for the thing that's going to trigger me into getting a move on..
one good thing about today is that rowing is getting better, I'm finally going in a straight line..
