I once made a Huge batch of Ginger Beer for the kids ..... it was very popular ...... then I discovered why ...... it had turned into alcohol!!!! ... had all the high school buddies dropping in for ginger beer!

Barley for Beer,not sure what they make other Ethanol of here in CH.
Seems Industrial Ethanol for Fuel is made from Cellulose Feedstock,and some from Sugarbeets.
