The promo for living in Malta is huge on this site.
I wonder what would happen if we all decide one day to move to Malta too.

Query? professor

Why, Miro, are you calling expat 'outofbed?'

Just as a matter of interest.

Don't know exactly why so many people from all nations finish living in Malta. I have always lived here, and think that because of the small size of the island, I feel hemmed in. I have always wanted to go and live in a bigger country, to find more room for my spirit.
But I can understand that different people have different reasons for wanting to live here.
For those who like Lagoona has said, it is the women, beware that our women can be very friendly with the foreigners, but can be very snobby with their kin.
Maybe the most plausible reason for living in Malta that I have heard is that being so small, one could move from one extremity to the other in less than half an hour.
For the British, it is the sunshine, and a home away from home, for the Italians it is definitely our women, for the French it is our quisine, for the Germans, it is our culture, for the Russians it is the strategic importance, for the Swedes it is a place where to thaw!!

But we do meet ...

Unfortunately for some, seems to be difficult to make some effort to join at our get-togethers...

Regarding 'maltese women are not so friendly towards maltese men is false. Sorry Antcus..
