well one suggestion i can make if you want to smoke less is that you start rolling your own cigarettes....this is a hassle and you have to be in a place where you can role etc ...so it should lead to smoking less just by implication ............
Well i'm too far away to join your campaign...
But on CS one tend to smoke MORE at times...
The best advive i can give...start living healthy by going to the gym...all the pretty women ova there will take your mind off smoking...

Welcome back Ghost....thanks for the effort, but I tend to disagree....rolling your own as a way to stop smoking is like going to a more expensive restaurant to eat less...the habit takes on added complexity, and therefore more focus in your life...it wouldn't work for me..I'm looking for something else...

well then X Rebel is right the only other way if you are really determined is to be more active go to the gym ..walk ...etc ......be as physically occupied at possible ...if you stay home etc more likely to smoke.......well tally ho....off to work i go ......

I tried to quit smoking several times, and I’ve noticed that the more you think about quitting the more you smoke.
If reducing the daily amount of cigarettes is the target, when you accept yourself as a smoking person, as a person that will never quit, then you smoke less (experience).
If the target is to quit, then just do it. There is no “Let it be my last cigarette”. There is no last cigarette, only your will, struggle and failure… Or victory

One thing that helped me was to look on every craving for a cigarette as some of the nicotine leaving my body and screaming to be replaced, I refused to replace it and after a few weeks it is gone altogether.

Guess what was hanging out her mouth???

The idea is, is that participating members give feedback EVERYDAY on how they are doing....how many times you have sinned, or not. How many hours you lasted without, or not. You get the idea.
The only given here, is absolute honesty. Yes, that must be a strange concept, but it's essential. If you fail, you will only be whipped publically, and how bad can that be??...
