1) it has no chips left, in which case the player wins e.g. 35-0
2) the board is filled completely, in which case the player wins e.g. 52-12
Whenever nor the computer opponent, nor the player can add another chip to an incomplete board, the game is considered a stalemate: even if the computer has only 1 chip left against 62 for the player...
Getting a final result below 35-0 is the trick.
