For dog lovers, what kind of dogs you owned or would like to own? share your story here i own a labrador retriever name max No drama and stay on topic....
I am a Musher, looking for the man of my dreams. Wanting to move to a place with lots of trails, and cold winters. My ideal would be The Yukon Territories or Alaska. Someplace off the beaten track, living a more basic lifestyle. Hunting, fishing, trapping. A little log cabin in the woods. Is there anyone fitting the bill out there?

I really love dogs since when i was a child. I have shih tzu, golden retriever and alaskan malamute. They are so cute. Study show that dogs reduce stress, anxiety and depression.
Hi there. I kinda just saw this group and thought of introducing my pack. There are currently three members, although that changes from time to time, depending on fostering availability or petsitting. The senior and wisest member is Giggs, an Irish terrier cross with who knows what, he's 12 years old and enjoying his last years and my first dog. Second in command is Rose, just over 2 years old, an all white retriever cross with akita. I rescued and adopted her last year as the previous owners didn't want her anymore. And, last but not least, Yona (bear in Cherokee language), labrador cross with black shepherd, at 4 months old is almost as tall as an average adult male. He was rescued and adopted two months ago as the owners had him locked up in a small balcony and barked a lot (i wonder why). There is also a cat, Abby.
I have a Rottweiler, Jaguar is his name loves him so much.. he is like lmy baby .. he is away from now but he is always on my mind .. thanks Max for creating this group.
Hi all, when I was child I have dog. She's very funny, but I'm living in the country who avoid dog. Then my neighbors hate my dog. Someday my dog wanna play with their kids. The kid crying and screaming much, so my neighbors angry much.... My dad sent my dog out of home and I'm starting don't have dong till now..... I wish someday Im living in a big house and have big court, so I can have some dog and play with them..... If you have dog please send me your dog pictu, I like every cute dog much....
just joined this wonderful group. I have a white female peeka-poo named bella and she's my little girl who I love so much and I have a black sheep dog named shoogie also female and adorable as all get out
i used to have a miniture staffy called buster he was a real lovely dog who i rescued off a friend of a friend as he was getting bullied by other dogs, i took him in under my wing and looked after him give him a good life, but after me and ex split after 6 years i couldt bring it to my parents house where i am back at till im on my feet (my have german shepard witch dost get along with other dogs) i realy miss my buster but he has gone to a good home, as for the cats they are staying with exs parents as they have the kitten to the mother cat we had, anyway just abit of my story to share with you lot :) have a brill day/night everyone :)
I have 3 girls, Nugget 11 yrs. (10 lb pom/Papillion) all black except for her graying hairs. She is a puppy mill rescue. Sadie 4 yrs. (45 lb Heinz 57 but looks like she has a lot of yellow lab in her when her hair is trimmed. She was bought for my husband while he was sick to brighten his days. These 2 girls helped me keep my sanity when my husband passed away. I have a new acquisition, Honey, 7 yrs. (4.5 lb Deerhead Chihuahua)tan and white. She was also a rescue. I love all three and they definitely are my babies.
If you try a better type of dog food it might help. Most run of the mill store bought food is not generally all that good for dogs that may have allergies and you should make sure that there are no corn products in the food you buy.
Try a pet store. Some good brands are: Canadae, Nutra Source, Medi Cal. I would try ones for dogs that have allergies. Another thing you can try is to mix cooked hamburger (or other meats such as chicken) and plain white rice. Do not add anything to the meat or rice when cooking other than water. Generally I have asked friends and family to donate their freezer burnt meats to me. I also make treats from this by boiling the meat in small strips then dry it in the oven at 200F until no moisture is left. I use the leftover broth for a treat on their dogfood. Hope this helps.

I have 2 "girls". both were rescued.
KC, the black/white, i found her in the middle of a road with a broken leg. she is a mix of collie and something else.
BK, the gold one, is an épagneul breton. found her also abandoned. she was just a puppy
