a dark and disturbing film that plays out as a mockumentary following the poughkeepsie police force tracking down a serial killer that video tapes his victims torture and deaths,it goes between interviews with many officers,victims family,and psychiatrists to showing clips of the killers videos,what shocked me about this movie is how plausible it was and at times asking myself is this a real documentary creepy,horrific and a little upsetting,i guarantee despite if you like it or not you'll not forget it anytime soon....
