This is such an entertaining movie about an already large family who ends up taking in 2 orphans. It's got so many comical scenes that would be considered bad child rearing today but in their day was quite acceptable. It kept me chuckling and sometimes tearing up from beginning to end. Love Carey Grant and Betsy Drake together. They make a great team.
One scene where the little orphan boy with braces on his legs has to do a miles long hike in the winter by himself to gain his Eagle Scout badge and is gone from 4 am or so 'till that evening was so comical as we would never allow this today.
