Cowboys & Aliens Movie (2011)

I had been intrigued by the sound of this movie since I first heard about it but I have only just gotten' around to watching it as I was told it was very violent. Don't like violent movies!! However, as it was rated a "12" I decided to give it a go. It IS very violent, and I spent quite a lot of the time hiding behind my hand, hearing the horrible squelshing noises of people being "got" by the aliens!! lol

I did really enjoy it though...the concept of the old-west and aliens really was unusual. The only thing that slightly spoiled it for me was Daniel Craig's American accent, which I didn't think was very good. Think the character would have been better played by Timothy Olyphant...but then I'm probably bias! :O)

I seen this movie in theaters when it first came out it was a very different movie. Cause you never hear cowboys vs aliens even though the title says cowboys and aliens in one movie. But basically its a cowboy mid western type movie where all of a sudden aliens try to evade or take over the cowboys land. But the cowboys end up going after the aliens to fight for there land back from the aliens. The cowboys eventually find where the aliens are hiding out and go through the aliens bases and kill them all. But there is a lot of violence in this movie and blood as well in the movie to. So if someone like violence, blood, and action movies then this would be a movie you might like.
