No one knows what Jesus Christ really looked like or the full extent of His Passion, but I believe the Robert Powell really put his heart and soul into giving us some insight into what the passion in particular was like to witness for the first believes and particularly for those cloest to Christ at the time, like His Holy Mother.
I agree. I was almost convinced I was watching the real "Jesus" in the particular movie as well.
